Marketing Decisions was formed in 2007 in an environment of change in the marketing discipline worldwide. As marketers we were seeing changes in both our roles and in the way consumers were choosing to interact with our brands.
As we sought to understand these changes, we realised that the traditional role of marketing, focusing predominantly on brand awareness and growth was being replaced by the “Modern Marketer” who focuses on lead generation, lead nurturing and customer retention while having to quantify the impact they are making to their company’s bottom line.
Marketers are being asked to provide more with smaller budgets and less resources. Our quest to help marketers achieve the seemingly impossible led us to the world’s leading Marketing Automation software, Eloqua. Marketing Decisions was borne of the desire to help marketers generate and nurture leads, retain customers and easily quantify ROI for each and every campaign they run.
