Marketing Decisions conducts a range of training courses and customised implementation packages for SRM users. For each new installation of SRM, Marketing Decisions provides implementation packages to get the software set up and the user started with self-serve education material. These range from basic to comprehensive implementation packages and can optionally include formal training courses. Various group sizes are catered for and you can choose to have the training onsite at your offices or alternatively at our Queensland headquarters where we can accommodate up to seven (7) participants.

- Half Day Introduction to Managing Social Media for Business
In this session we will go back to basics and walk you through the best way to approach social media for your business. We will review your current state and then outline our best practice approach to get you organised around goals and resources. We will guide you to start by listening and learning from the conversations that matter, nominating the key contributors in your industry so that you better understand what you need to be saying, where and when. You will take away a framework to get your business working in social. This session is recommended as a pre-requisite to SRM 101.
- 2 Day Hands On Social Relationship Management (SRM) 101
Learn how to put SRM to best use starting with an overview of your own social goals. See how this platform streamlines and unites social management across all your social channels in one place. With limited resources you can be more responsive, effective and efficient in managing your social assets. The course is hands on with live material exploring listening, engagement and social marketing. Build topic profiles and analyse, schedule, automate, manage approvals and publish great content without tying up special resources or outsourcing.
- 1 Day Hands On Advanced Social Relationship Management (SRM)
After completing the SRM 101 course you will deep dive for a day split between detailed topic build, refinement and reporting and advanced content publishing including contests and other built SRM apps. Your own social performance as recorded in SRM will be critiqued and areas for improvement identified. Typically this course also covers integration with Eloqua Marketing Automation and how to put that to best use (depending on available time).
- Integration Package
In this package Marketing Decisions will integrate your instance of SRM with your Eloqua instance. This will enable passing of segments from within Eloqua across to SRM for custom audience social advertising. It will also enable easy publishing of Eloqua campaign landing page content on Facebook Tabs via the SRM Social Marketing tools. The Marketing Decisions’ consultant will set up this integration and provide a walk-through of the functionality and will assist with guidance for the first campaign involving the integration.
