Bill McNamara - Director and Founder
Bill has been leading B2B Corporate Marketing and Product Management functions in Europe, the United States and Australia for the last 14 years. Bill is Strategic in nature, always questioning to uncover the steps ahead. Bill has had the privilege of working with some of the most capable Marketing professionals in the world in Commercial, Government and Industrial segments and is passionate about establishing Marketing effectiveness for his clients. Bill has worked for companies such as Motorola Inc, Invensys plc, and Australasia's largest IT company Mincom, where he introduced step improvements in Marketing to drive profitable revenue growth. Bill has a natural affinity with technology given his Honours Engineering Degree, he also holds an Honours MBA and is a scholar of the Confederation of British Industry. |

Mike Beazley - Sales and Partnerships Director
Mike has spent the last 15 years in senior sales leadership roles, primarily with Lion Nathan and Vodafone in both New Zealand and Australia. He has experience in both B2B and B2C environments as well as facilitating growth with 3rd party channels and partners. In addition to driving significant revenue growth Mike has also been successful in account retention and relationship management programmes. Mike understands the dynamics of running small and large sales organisations and the need to have a cohesive working relationship with the marketing team. In today's market Mike believes that sales/marketing led organisations need to better understand their prospects behaviours and the problems they are looking to solve if they want to compete and win.

Lindsey Mcintyre - Graphic Designer
Lindsey is a highly capable designer who has won design awards for his work. He has been involved in the design and print industry for over 10 years and this has given him unique insight into the design to print process. Lindsey has advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Image Ready, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Freehand, Poser, 3D Studio Max, Combustion and Microsoft Office.

David Meyer - Marketing Manager
David has broad experience in managing Marketing in the B2B space. He has successfully re-Branded and re-launched businesses, overseen web site redesign from ground up, implemented a range of successful Direct Marketing campaigns, produced content and collateral, and managed vendors such as event coordinators, research groups, PR agencies, management consultants and software vendors. David holds a BA with Marketing major and is a Board member of the Australian Direct Marketing Association (Qld).

Renae Jamieson - Creative Manager
Renae has been driving creative Marketing Campaigns in the ICT sector for more than 10 years with a track record of success. She has worked for Marketing Agencies in Australia and internationally and is qualified with a graduate diploma in Business, majoring in Marketing. Renae works closely with Lindsey to produce inspiring campaigns for our clients and she manages her projects to remain on schedule. |
