Contact Us TodayThe Account Scorer App (ASA) is a B2B tool used to aggregate scores already assigned at an individual contact level in Eloqua up to an Account level in Eloqua, and then subsequently passed to CRM via integration. Native lead scoring in Eloqua is assigned at an individual contact level. Equally, Artificial Intelligence (AI) predictive lead scoring e.g. via the Marketing Decisions predictive scoring solution is also applied at an individual contact level. The ASA provides a mechanism to consider all the current individual contact scores (either Eloqua lead scoring or Marketing Decisions predictive scoring) and via specified formulae, aggregating this to an account-level score together with complementary data. This empowers sales teams in CRM with greater account opportunity intelligence in order to better prioritise their sales efforts eg an account might have a high scoring contact but this contact is not influential in the decision making, whilst those contacts who are influential have low scores. Conversely, we may have a low scoring individual contact within an account but multiple high scorers who are likely to progress a deal. The Account Scorer App takes these scenarios into account as it consolidates into an account-level score.

These campaign activities could include email opens, email sends, email clickthrough’s, email subscribes, email unsubscribes, form submits, web visits and campaign membership. This count data can then be used in lead scoring and segmentation for example to summarise behavioural engagement in a specified time.
