2012 DECEMBER

500th Eloqua campaign for Optus launched – delivering 100 qualified prospects per week.

2012 SEPTEMBER

iPhone 5 online ordering developed and launched including store pickup scheduling system.

2011 OCTOBER

Marketing Decisions appointed Oracle Gold Partner.

2011 JANUARY

Developed and launched the Optus QANTAS Frequent Flyer program. Eloqua integrated with QANTAS and Optus databases, including live chat. More than 10,000 registrations were taken on launch day.

2010 JULY

iPhone 4 launch for Optus. Online ordering developed by Marketing Decisions closed after 15 minutes due to demand.

2010 JUNE

Telstra New Zealand signed.

2010 MARCH

Optus Consumer signed with second instance of Eloqua and integrated with bespoke “My Ideas” Community forum developed by Marketing Decisions.

2009 JULY

Our partners are key to our success and have emerged as our technology of choice after careful evaluation of alternatives. This is usually driven by client needs from campaigns that we implement. As we continue to innovate and push the boundaries with our creative campaigns we continue to evaluate emerging solutions and so we expect to add further select partners in the future.

Oracle is our key technology supplier and we have been partnered with them since 2011 as a Gold level partner. Marketing Decisions was partnered with Eloqua (Marketing Automation) in 2007 as one of the first round of global partners for that company and then Oracle acquired Eloqua in 2012. Since then Oracle has continued to acquire best of breed cloud marketing technology companies to form the Oracle Marketing Cloud (OMC). Today Marketing Decisions is active with Eloqua, Content Marketing, Oracle Social Relationship Management and Maxymiser, all products within Oracle Marketing Cloud. Our relationship with Oracle goes beyond just supply of technology to a much deeper cooperation with sharing of best practice, joint events, presentations and much more.

Marketing Decisions is proud to represent the real time email content service, Liveclicker, exclusively in Australia. Liveclicker presents refreshed content at point of email open eg weather outlook, countdown time, web scrape, polls and more. Marketing Decisions has used this in a number of campaigns for our clients eg “scratch and reveal” the Bachelor for Network Ten with a near 10% lift in open rates; live weekend weather forecasts to encourage visitors to National Parks for NSW Government.

Our higher education clients manage many events ranging from small information sessions to campus open days with thousands of visitors. Include the regular weekly school visits in this mix and we find the need to easily set up named events and capture leads both online and offline via iPads and iPhones. As an official Eloqua app cloud partner, ZUANT solves this problem. Marketing Decisions is the sole representative of ZUANT in Australia. We set up and configure the app for individual client use cases, we integrate this to Eloqua and we provide local end to end support as part of any subscription to ZUANT. Leads are then captured by a range of staff and automatically fed into Eloqua and then via rules into nurturing campaigns.

After trialling a number of Eloqua app cloud products for Eloqua SMS Communications, Marketing Decisions decided to develop their own SMS app cloud connector to satisfy our client needs for reliable delivery, tracking and moreover, two way SMS messaging with reply messages returned to Eloqua for reporting and automated action. Today the Marketing Decisions Eloqua SMS connector is the most feature rich available in the Eloqua app cloud marketplace and is used by a range of clients in higher education, media, construction and more. Our SMS gateway partner for this service is CLX communications who have a direct network connection to all of the mobile networks in Australia (and other key countries such as the UK).
